💼 About This Role

You'll be the technical authority for Copia's enterprise opportunities, partnering with Sales Directors on complex deals. You'll translate industrial engineering realities into business language for C-suite audiences, helping transform industrial automation workflows. This role bridges OT security and DevOps, shaping evaluation playbooks that scale across verticals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery across OT, IT, Controls, and Security stakeholders.
• Design and execute formal evaluation plans with defined success criteria.
• Deliver tailored demos and technical presentations to engineers and executives.
• Author technical sections of proposals, RFP responses, and security questionnaires.

📋 Requirements

• 8 to 12+ years in industrial automation, OT cybersecurity, or technical consulting.
• 3+ years in solutions engineering or pre-sales with complex enterprise deals.
• Hands-on experience with major PLC platforms (Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, etc.).
• Working knowledge of SCADA, HMI, and industrial networking in manufacturing or critical infrastructure.

✨ Nice to Have

• Former controls engineer or automation system integrator background.
• Experience with Git, version control systems, or software configuration management.
• GICSP, CSSA or similar OT security certifications.
