💼 About This Role
You'll support civil and criminal litigation by managing the identification, preservation, collection, and production of electronically stored information (ESI). You'll serve as the expert technical user of eDiscovery applications like Enterprise Vault and Relativity. This role requires a Top Secret security clearance and offers the opportunity to work on high-impact government cases.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Use eDiscovery software to collect ESI from FBI IT systems.
- Administer data inputs into the eDiscovery review platform (eDP).
- Coordinate collection results with FBI units for processing.
- Document discovery plans and procedures for each case.
📋 Requirements
- 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
- 3 years of progressive responsibility on major litigation support projects.
- 2 years of Relativity experience beyond document review coding.
- Ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance (active preferred).
✨ Nice to Have
- Active U.S. Government security clearance.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent; JD highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Vault, Discovery Accelerator, LHMT.
