💼 About This Role

You'll take end-to-end responsibility for planning and integrating the MES platform at Scout Motors' Blythewood plant, ensuring seamless shopfloor IT integration. Your work will directly enable the production of iconic electric vehicles. This role offers a unique chance to build systems from the ground up for a revived American brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and manage the MES platform, including worker guidance and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to integrate shopfloor systems.
• Coordinate project milestones (preparation, implementation, training, documentation).
• Develop and manage production-critical reports.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in automotive production Paint Shop.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• Expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Basic knowledge of automation technology/PLCs.
