💼 About This Role

You'll deliver Retell's voice AI solutions to enterprise clients, embedding with their teams to build production-ready systems. You'll bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders with exceptional communication, driving adoption and shaping our platform through customer insights. This role offers end-to-end ownership of high-impact projects at a fast-growing startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects using Retell's voice agent platform.
• Build full-stack integrations with enterprise tools (CRMs, ERPs, etc.).
• Partner with sales to gather requirements and prototype demos.
• Codify reusable patterns into tools or platform components.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineer, etc.).
• Production-grade code in Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Understanding of LLM-powered systems and their impact on UX.
• Ability to manage risks and maintain momentum under pressure.

• Experience as an ex-founder or in a startup environment.
• Familiarity with voice AI or call center technologies.

📨 Hiring Process

Phone screen (15 min), technical phone interview (45 min), then onsite/virtual (2-3 hrs) covering communication, architecture, and problem-solving.
