🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and own the monetization strategy, including free-to-paid journeys and pricing.
• Run A/B tests on pricing, packaging, and conversion flows to improve LTV.
• Define subscription models and pricing tiers based on user behavior.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data, and AI teams to deliver product experiences.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience focusing on growth or monetization.
• Proven experience with subscription or freemium SaaS/B2C funnels.
• Strong UX intuition to optimize user journeys for conversion.
• Solid understanding of monetization strategies and pricing psychology.
