You'll create and manage 2D/3D models and technical drawings for autonomous surface vessels, working closely with naval architects and engineers. You'll drive defense innovation by supporting new vessel construction and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role offers hands-on experience in traditional and advanced maritime technologies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support new vessel construction through detailed 2D and 3D modeling
• Create and modify ship construction drawings
• Work with naval architects and marine engineers on design implementation
• Develop and maintain strict drawing standards and best practices

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree or technical certification in Drafting or Engineering Technology
• 6+ years of CAD drafting experience in the marine industry
• Experience leading a team of marine designers
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software like NX, ShipConstructor, AutoCAD, and Rhino

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of ABS, DNV, or LR classification requirements
• Experience with production and build engineering support
