You'll lead full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market and business operations teams in a fast-scaling SaaS environment. You'll own hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Business Operations, influencing strategy and improving processes. Beyond filling roles, you'll mentor recruiters and drive hiring quality through data and market insights.

  • Own end-to-end recruiting across GTM and business operations roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring strategies.
  • Manage and mentor recruiters and sourcing partners.
  • Provide market intelligence on talent and compensation trends.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with GTM and operations focus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and operational roles and talent assessment.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders through data and structured reasoning.
