Description

You will support product management for private wealth platforms by drafting responses to RFPs, managing a central database, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely deliverables. This role offers exposure to investment, legal, and portfolio teams while contributing to AI initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in finance, business, data science, or liberal arts
• Experience in financial services (private equity, investment banking, asset management) is a plus
• Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work independently
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Draft written responses to RFPs and client inquiries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Critically assess content accuracy from cross-functional teams
• Contribute to internal AI initiatives to streamline questionnaire responses
• Manage and maintain private wealth central database of responses
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, investment, legal, and compliance teams to synthesize insights
