You'll coordinate Election Protection efforts in Arizona, working with diverse communities to recruit and train volunteers. Your work will directly expand our pro-democracy membership base and safeguard voting rights. This hybrid role requires in-person presence 3+ days per week and frequent travel across the state.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit and train volunteers for election protection activities
• Develop and lead nonpartisan voter education sessions
• Build relationships with community partners and election officials
• Support data collection and reporting on voter outreach efforts

📋 Requirements

• Commitment to Common Cause's nonpartisan mission and pro-democracy agenda
• Experience supporting membership growth or working on issue-based/political campaigns
• Ability to work in-person 3+ days per week with flexibility for evenings/weekends
• Access to a vehicle for transporting election materials
