Description

You will work with leading financial institutions to build innovative solutions using emerging technologies, developing end-to-end solutions for finance and building relationships with institutional partners. You'll assess technical complexity, implement custom solutions based on XRPL and Ripple's products, and influence the product roadmap to meet partner needs.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in technology solutions/development
• Experience with open source languages: Javascript, Java, Swift, C++, Python, Rust
• Experience building on blockchain systems (XRPL is a bonus)
• Proven customer service experience in tech industry
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assess proposed use cases and solutions for technical complexity and risks
• Develop solutions based on XRPL and Ripple's product suite
• Provide world-class customer service to partners
• Influence roadmap and product development of RippleX
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement innovative solutions
