💼 About This Role

You'll join the team responsible for Firstup's public APIs, Agentic tools, and third-party integrations, building scalable SaaS applications end-to-end. You'll drive system reliability and performance across the stack while leveraging AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery. This role offers the chance to shape architecture and mentor engineers in a mission-driven company serving Fortune 100 clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and own scalable SaaS applications end-to-end
• Design future-ready architectures and close performance gaps
• Drive system availability and resolve reliability issues
• Champion shift-left testing and code quality reviews

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building reliable applications and microservices in production
• Proven full-stack fluency across frontend, backend, and database layers
• Technical depth in at least one engineering domain (distributed systems, multi-tenant SaaS, etc.)
• Active use of Generative AI tools and coding agents in daily work

• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, Node.js, or React.js
