Description

You will design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions for secure, web-based applications in a mission-focused environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready capabilities that evolve with changing mission needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• Active Secret security clearance
• 4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• Experience with API design, clean architecture, testing, and Git-based workflows

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and fine-tune AI/ML models for web-based applications in secure environments
• Build and maintain data pipelines and experimentation environments for rapid model iteration
• Evaluate model performance using quantitative and qualitative metrics and translate results into improvements
• Analyze data and model outputs to recommend changes to algorithms, features, or system architecture
• Collaborate with software developers, data engineers, and stakeholders to integrate AI into production systems
