💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Agoda's Commercial teams as the sole on-site HR leader for the North Asia Region, driving revenue growth through high-performing teams and strategic B2B partnerships. You'll balance strategic talent management with hands-on operational support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with regional leaders on business and people strategies
• Shape and deliver a People Roadmap aligned with priorities
• Lead talent identification and succession planning
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years of progressive HR experience
• 3-5 years in senior HRBP role in multinational environment
• Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
