💼 About This Role

You'll join the QA team responsible for assessing quality across Customer Operations at Capital on Tap. You'll conduct deep-dive technical audits of complex investigative cases and deliver feedback to ensure our customer experience remains fantastic. This role combines financial crime expertise with quality assurance in a fast-growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Audit AML alerts, KYC files, and Sanctions screening cases.
• Conduct technical audits of end-to-end financial crime cases.
• Monitor and assess adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Proactively identify emerging risks and escalate findings.

📋 Requirements

• Financial Crime experience (AML, KYC, Sanctions).
• Regulatory knowledge of FCA, POCA, and SAR.
• Quality Assurance framework experience or investigative background.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with auditing skills.
