Description

You will lead internal technical enablement across Contentful's product portfolio, empowering teams to adopt the platform with confidence. You'll create scalable programs, workshops, and toolkits that drive shared understanding and influence product strategy.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in solutions architecture or technical consulting
• Deep familiarity with content management systems, composable architecture, and modern web development patterns
• Practitioner-level code proficiency with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js), APIs, and SDKs
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Strong track record building and scaling technical enablement programs in cross-functional environment

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve internal technical enablement on Contentful product features and best practices
• Develop prescriptive implementation guidance into workshops, enablement materials, and tools
• Establish scalable technical enablement practice for continuous education and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Demo teams to evaluate new features and influence decisions
• Create and maintain library of enablement materials including patterns, use cases, and architectural recommendations
