💼 About This Role
You'll build and scale a partner ecosystem of VARs, Distributors and MSSPs in the eastern US and Canada, driving predictable revenue growth through a partner-first GTM. You'll own the full partner lifecycle—recruiting, enablement, and ongoing engagement—while collaborating with field sales to accelerate pipeline. This role champions a partner-first motion and brings market insights back to Product and Leadership.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Recruit and onboard high-potential VARs, distributors, and MSSPs.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners.
- Drive joint account mapping, co-selling, and deal structuring with Sales.
- Track and report channel KPIs and pipeline hygiene.
📋 Requirements
- 6-10+ years of channel/partner sales experience in cybersecurity.
- Proven success building/scaling VAR, distributor, and MSSP partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience structuring partner deals.
- Extensive trusted relationships with leading VARs, distributors, and MSSPs.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience selling TIPs or CTI solutions.
- Built/rolled out a partner program for a security startup.
- Familiarity with US public-sector procurement.
