💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale a partner ecosystem of VARs, Distributors and MSSPs in the eastern US and Canada, driving predictable revenue growth through a partner-first GTM. You'll own the full partner lifecycle—recruiting, enablement, and ongoing engagement—while collaborating with field sales to accelerate pipeline. This role champions a partner-first motion and brings market insights back to Product and Leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Recruit and onboard high-potential VARs, distributors, and MSSPs.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners.
  • Drive joint account mapping, co-selling, and deal structuring with Sales.
  • Track and report channel KPIs and pipeline hygiene.

📋 Requirements

  • 6-10+ years of channel/partner sales experience in cybersecurity.
  • Proven success building/scaling VAR, distributor, and MSSP partnerships.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience structuring partner deals.
  • Extensive trusted relationships with leading VARs, distributors, and MSSPs.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling TIPs or CTI solutions.
  • Built/rolled out a partner program for a security startup.
  • Familiarity with US public-sector procurement.
