• Ability to lead incident response and implement data-driven solutions
• Expertise in designing and scaling risk governance frameworks
• Strong project management skills for cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication and influence skills with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee global risk management frameworks for payroll operations
• Own and evolve global payroll risk register with real-time visibility
• Lead cross-functional risk assessments with Legal, Product, Payroll Ops
• Serve as escalation point and lead coordinator for complex payroll incidents
• Mentor and develop team members in risk assessment and incident handling
