Description

As a SpaceX recruiter, you will run a full desk focused on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for mission-critical positions. You will partner with hiring managers, represent SpaceX with professionalism, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years recruiting experience, or associate degree and 6+ years, or 7+ years in lieu of degree
• 2+ years technical recruiting experience
• 2+ years corporate recruiting experience
• Full life cycle recruiting experience from sourcing to closing
• Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback
• Screen and source candidates using various methods including cold calling and networking
• Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews
• Attend interviews alongside client groups and coordinate candidate experience
• Manage offer process including background checks, negotiations, and extending offer letters
