Description

You will provide remote telehealth therapy to adolescents and young adults with complex behavioral health needs. You'll deliver personalized care rooted in connection, collaborating with a supportive team while our operations handle administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Independent or associate licensure in Oregon (CSWA, LMSW, LSW, LMFTA, RPCA, LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Master's degree in mental health or related field
• Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
• Available evenings and Saturdays (full-time)

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults
• Integrate multiple therapeutic modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI)
• Participate in case discussions and collaboration
• Maintain consistent weekly schedules and caseloads
• Build strong relationships with clients in small groups (max 8)
