Description

You will own the end-to-end metal AM production process, driving industrialization from prototype to serial production. You will ensure process capability, quality governance, and continuous improvement, collaborating with Design, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver high-yield, cost-efficient production.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Aerospace, Automotive Engineering or equivalent
• Professional experience in metal AM (ideally LPBF) in aerospace or high-tech environments
• Strong expertise in AM chain: slicing, parameter development, powder handling, in-situ monitoring, post-processing, and NDT/CT
• Proficiency with CAD and AM toolchains (e.g., 3DXpert, SolidWorks/Teamcenter) and data analysis for process control
• Demonstrated ability to lead industrialization projects and manage TRL/MRL maturity gates

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end AM manufacturing process including build prep, parameter development, powder lifecycle, and post-processing
• Lead industrialization and NPI for AM parts via pFMEA, control plans, capability studies, and process validation
• Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis to improve yield, uptime, and process stability
• Establish quality frameworks for AM and lead complex investigations using structured methodologies
• Collaborate with Design on DfAM and define equipment requirements for new AM infrastructure
