Description
You will provide exceptional post-sale client service for the Sotheby’s New York Wine department, managing invoicing, shipping, and debt collection to ensure smooth transactions from auction to delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of related work experience preferred
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to interact with diverse clients
- Proficiency with Excel; prior knowledge of SAP a plus
Responsibilities
- Handle issuing of post-sale client output (invoices, shipping quotes, statements)
- Manage property release, AML regulations, and debt collection
- Collect outstanding client debt and resolve inventory issues
- Execute billing and manage payment collection and processing
- Oversee shipping release process with support from Post Sales Coordinator
