🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of onboarding analysts
• Monitor SLA, PTO, leakage, and quality metrics
• Refine handoff process between Sales, AM, and CX
• Propose improvements to onboarding flows and processes

📋 Requirements

• People management experience leading teams
• Onboarding or Customer Success operations with portfolio management
• Analytical skills for tracking operational metrics
• Executive communication across operational and strategic levels
