💼 About This Role

You'll join a high-growth analytics team building dashboards and performing deep-dive analysis on healthcare data for a large payer client. You'll create value through Vista dashboards in AWS QuickSight and collaborate across teams to improve population health outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Learn population health concepts and build dashboards in AWS QuickSight
• Prepare, analyze, and visualize healthcare data records
• Support customer success in value-based care through analytics
• Deliver multiple BI reporting projects through Arcadia Vista

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience in a customer-facing business intelligence role
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM or quantitative field
• Ability to query and manipulate relational databases with SQL
• Experience with a BI dashboarding tool such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI

• Experience analyzing healthcare data, especially value-based care
• Experience with AWS platform, especially QuickSight and Redshift
• Experience using AI tools for analytics deliverables
