💼 About This Role

You'll lead cost accounting activities for manufacturing and operational functions at a late-stage biotechnology company redefining cell therapies. Your core impact will be overseeing product costing, inventory valuation, and COGS reporting, while supporting business scaling from clinical-stage through commercialization. This role requires deep expertise in manufacturing cost structures and cross-functional leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and oversee standard costing and variance analysis
• Lead monthly close activities for inventory and COGS
• Partner with Manufacturing and Supply Chain to improve cost accuracy
• Support physical inventory counts and cycle count programs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive cost accounting in manufacturing or biotech
• Standard costing and inventory accounting expertise
• ERP system experience (NetSuite highly desirable)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in cell therapy or biologics manufacturing
• Knowledge of GMP manufacturing environments
• CPA preferred
