You will lead category strategy for non-produce departments, curate assortments, manage vendor relationships, and drive sustainability initiatives to reduce food waste. This role is key to achieving departmental OKRs and aligning category strategies with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies to optimize product offerings
• Own category P&L and negotiate to hit revenue, profit, and waste saving goals
• Manage vendor relationships for competitive pricing, quality, and delivery
• Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Inventory Planning, Operations, Marketing, etc.
