💼 About This Role

You'll manage the campaign's efforts to reach and mobilize Hispanic voters nationwide. You'll build and manage the Latinos con Biden-Harris program, working with partners and stakeholders. This role is critical for the 2024 election.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement strategy to engage Hispanic voters
• Plan and represent campaign at coalition events
• Build relationships with Hispanic leaders
• Convene working groups to create new opportunities

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish
• Prior experience on Hispanic outreach in campaigns
• Proven track record in coalition building
• Strong political judgment and communication skills
