π― What You'll Do
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and production
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
- Ensure consistency, quality, and HACCP compliance
- Mentor and train BOH team members
π Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years serving in high-volume restaurant
- A.O.S Degree in Culinary Arts or certificate
- Flexible availability for AM and PM shifts including weekends
- ServSafe Certified and NY Food Handlers License
