You'll join Dulcedo, a full-service talent management agency, to build your own roster of digital influencers. You'll blend talent management, negotiation, and strategic vision to create lasting careers for creators. Backed by a collaborative team, you'll unlock top brand partnerships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and sign exceptional talent in the influencer space.
• Act as trusted advisor to amplify talent visibility and personal brands.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales, revenue, and retention KPIs.
• Negotiate and execute sponsorships and brand partnerships.

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of influencer marketing experience, ideally talent-side.
• Experience negotiating and facilitating influencer marketing processes.
• Established connections within PR, media, or influencer marketing sectors.
• Proficiency in red-lining contracts to protect talent interests.

✨ Nice to Have

• Business degree in Administration, Law, Communications, or Marketing.
• Existing network in the entertainment world.
