Description

You will install, maintain, and service physical security systems including video surveillance and access control, as well as assist with low voltage systems like fire alarm and intercom. This role requires reading blueprints and wiring diagrams, responding to service issues, and ensuring all work meets quality standards in a safe environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience installing, programming, and troubleshooting Video Surveillance/Access Control systems
• Knowledge of PC and IP integration
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds, work from ladders at heights over 25 feet
• Associate Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Read and understand installation process, wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
• Respond to customer service-related issues promptly
• Complete accurate service installation tickets and inventory items
• Work within Company software systems on a daily basis
• Comply with Company and customer safety programs
