💼 About This Role

You'll build and own the content engine for Alex Lieberman (Cofounder of Tenex & Morning Brew), managing production and editing across YouTube, short-form video, and written platforms. You'll run production end-to-end and drive the rhythm of the content engine, delivering a sharp, AI-native workflow. This role offers direct partnership with a founder to compound a combined audience of 785,000+.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own YouTube engine end-to-end: pre-production, shooting, editing, thumbnails, publishing
• Build short-form pipeline: cut footage into Reels, TikToks, Shorts with hooks and captions
• Draft written content (X threads, LinkedIn posts, newsletters) in Alex's voice
• Run production logistics: book guests, manage gear, own the production calendar

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years progressive experience producing and editing content for a creator, founder, or media brand
• Strong portfolio of long-form video work (YouTube or equivalent)
• Real chops in short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Operational discipline in running production calendars and logistics

• Ghostwriting or editing for a public figure
• Experience producing for a founder/executive whose personal brand drives commercial outcomes
