  • Design renewal reporting frameworks for high-volume segments
  • Own renewal data strategy and structure
  • Develop renewal pacing models and leading indicators
  • Define and implement standardized renewal workflows

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years in Revenue Operations or Renewal Operations in SaaS
  • Proven experience building/scaling renewal operations for high-volume segments
  • Advanced Excel skills including Power Query and PivotTables
  • Experience with Salesforce and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with partner-led or channel renewal motions
  • Experience with Gainsight or similar renewal platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management and process definition skills
