๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design renewal reporting frameworks for high-volume segments
- Own renewal data strategy and structure
- Develop renewal pacing models and leading indicators
- Define and implement standardized renewal workflows
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years in Revenue Operations or Renewal Operations in SaaS
- Proven experience building/scaling renewal operations for high-volume segments
- Advanced Excel skills including Power Query and PivotTables
- Experience with Salesforce and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with partner-led or channel renewal motions
- Experience with Gainsight or similar renewal platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and process definition skills
