Requirements
- Associate's degree or certification preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment
- Prior cannabis experience not required
- Must be 21+ with valid state ID
- Must pass background check for state badging
Responsibilities
- Perform plant maintenance: defoliation, pruning, skirting
- Meet production goals and maintain high performance
- Follow SOPs and recognize strains and growth patterns
- Maintain record keeping and calibrate tools/equipment
- Comply with safety, GMP, biosecurity, and sanitation requirements
