You'll lead full-cycle data migrations for customers, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from legacy systems to Bridgeway's platform. You'll act as the primary technical contact, solving problems in real time and driving successful go-lives. This hands-on role offers direct customer impact and mentorship opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end data migrations for multiple customer projects.
• Act as primary technical contact, guiding data strategy and expectations.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to map data to customer needs.
• Analyze and validate large datasets using advanced SQL.
• Build and execute ETL/ELT processes (SSIS, Talend, Informatica).

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data migration or ETL roles.
• Advanced SQL or Python skills (complex queries, joins, tuning).
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools (SSIS preferred).
• Scripting experience (Python or PowerShell) for automation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI for data analysis or validation.
• Experience with Databricks or Snowflake.
• Knowledge of data dictionaries and source-to-target mapping.
