💼 About This Role

You'll lead the full lifecycle of outsourced services for a hypergrowth fintech and ensure compliance with EBA guidelines and DORA. You'll own client onboarding and ongoing governance for investment API clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead contract review and negotiation to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Conduct structured due diligence on outsourcing providers.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs for outsourced services.
• Perform annual risk reviews and update exit strategies.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in outsourcing management or third-party risk.
• Solid working knowledge of EBA outsourcing guidelines and MaRisk AT 9.
• Strong project management skills to run multiple governance tracks.
• Excellent communication in English (German a plus).

• Experience with investment or brokerage services.
• Familiarity with ICT risk management under DORA.
• Experience in a scale-up or hypergrowth environment.
