Description
You will be the first Clutch employee customers meet, delivering a uniquely special experience during vehicle pickup or sale. You'll inspect vehicles, complete paperwork, and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years in retail store management
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with clean abstract
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service as the face of the company
- Inspect vehicles for quality and identify potential issues
