💼 About This Role

You'll handle business operations for a growing SaaS, including enterprise sales calls, contract negotiations, compliance, invoicing, and security questionnaires. You'll work directly with the CEO, taking over workflows that currently consume too much founder time. This is a chance to build processes from scratch and gain enterprise exposure while learning how a bootstrapped SaaS runs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle enterprise sales calls and negotiate pricing/contract terms.
• Customize MSAs, NDAs, DPAs and manage contract redlines.
• Fill out security questionnaires (SIG, CAIQ) and oversee SOC2/GDPR compliance.
• Manage invoicing via Stripe and track renewals/contracts.

📋 Requirements

• B2B SaaS experience with enterprise sales and operations.
• Stripe billing and invoicing experience.
• Contract negotiation experience (MSAs, NDAs, DPAs).
• Security questionnaire experience (SIG, CAIQ, or custom).

✨ Nice to Have

• SOC2/ISO27001 compliance platform experience (Vanta, Drata).
• Experience setting up operational processes from scratch.
• Experience with enterprise procurement processes.
