💼 About This Role

You'll provide strategic technical support to enhance equipment reliability at the Y-12 National Security Complex. You'll optimize asset management and minimize downtime using proactive maintenance strategies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies for equipment
• Perform root cause failure analysis and trend analysis
• Provide reliability engineering support to production and maintenance teams
• Review and analyze RAMI specifications and technical documents

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (ABET accredited)
• 5+ years of reliability engineering experience
• Active DOE Q or DoD Top Secret clearance
• U.S. citizenship required

• Experience with condition-based and predictive maintenance
• Knowledge of RCM and FMEA methodologies
• Familiarity with nuclear facility operations
