• Maintain ATS accuracy through daily checks on candidate stages and data.
• Follow up with interviewers to ensure timely interview feedback submission.
• Draft offer letters and coordinate pre-hire documentation for successful candidates.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in coordination or recruitment operations.
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting high-volume hiring.
• Familiarity with Ashby or similar modern ATS tools.
