You'll own the physical safety of Whatnot's people across offices, live events, and the field. You'll build security frameworks and vendor programs that scale with a fast-growing company while being the go-to person during crises. This role blends strategic program-building with tactical execution at a leading livestream shopping platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own security standards across all global office locations
• Manage third-party guard vendors to performance expectations
• Develop repeatable security playbooks for events of all sizes
• Assess and mitigate risk for seller engagements and field activities

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of corporate security operations experience
• Extensive depth in multi-office environment security
• Proven track record managing external vendors to high standards
• Ability to build programs from scratch in a fast-moving environment
