Description

You will oversee daily B2B floor activities, coordinating orders with floor staff, managing freight pickups, and ensuring compliance with guidelines. You'll maintain order status reports, wave orders through WMS portals, and handle manual billing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
• 1-3 years fulfillment center or related warehouse experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• Ability to read and understand retail customer vendor routing guidelines
• Issue resolution experience

Responsibilities

• Wave B2B orders using WMS platforms based on ship windows
• Coordinate carrier pickups and truck loading with dock drivers
• Maintain B2B order status report and related documentation
• Assign order waves to associates by priority and cancel date
• Communicate with Inventory Control team on product/location issues
