Description

This contract role involves providing technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software at Altruist. You'll assist with onboarding, offboarding, corporate training, and maintaining IT asset inventory, all while helping the team scale during rapid growth.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Experience with Mac and PC Operating Systems.
• Basic knowledge of AI/Automation workflow building (Okta workflows, Google Apps Script, N8N).
• Experience with G Suite and Google Admin.
• Experience with OKTA, Jamf, and Kaseya-VSA.
• Experience with Google Meet and Zoom conferencing equipment.
• Preferred: Experience with Atlassian apps (Confluence, Jira).
• Preferred: Basic knowledge of Active Directory, computer and printer support, and imaging software.
• Familiarity with Office 365 Suite, some knowledge of Outlook may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the daily performance of computer systems and conference room equipment.
• Help with maintaining IT asset and inventory management.
