💼 About This Role

You'll partner with executive and product teams to shape product vision and strategy for an AI-native video platform. You'll own cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch, driving design strategy and execution. As an early member, you'll tackle foundational problems in generative media.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead product design strategy and roadmapping with executive team.
• Own end-to-end design for complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Translate ambiguous problems into design frameworks and prototypes.
• Mentor designers and provide critique across the organization.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in product design for consumer digital products.
• Proven end-to-end design ownership from strategy to launch.
• Experience building or scaling design systems.
• Deep proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools.
