๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients, working closely with Sales and Client Success to retain and grow accounts across Benevity's global product lines. You'll focus on minimizing financial attrition and identifying expansion opportunities that align with client goals. This role is based in North America and reports to the Director of Growth.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own renewals and expansions (upsell and cross-sell) for assigned accounts
- Maintain high client retention and ensure on-time renewals
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities beyond immediate negotiations
- Track and manage renewal and upsell forecasts on a weekly basis
๐ Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of account sales experience in a SaaS environment
- Proven success managing renewals and expanding accounts across SMB to Fortune 500
- Expertise in forecasting renewals and recurring revenue pipelines
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
