You'll provide digital care for sleep apnea patients in an emerging e-commerce vertical, analyzing home sleep test results and offering equipment recommendations. Your work directly drives sales of CPAP and BiPAP therapy equipment while ensuring patient satisfaction. This role combines clinical expertise with a consumer-first experience at a trusted sleep health brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze home sleep test results for patterns and abnormalities.
• Communicate findings clearly to customers and answer questions.
• Provide equipment recommendations based on sleep test results.
• Perform virtual demonstrations and education on respiratory equipment.

📋 Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with 2-3 years DME experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and recommend CPAP and BiPAP equipment.
• Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment for sleep apnea and CPAP products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Sleep credential (RRT-SDS or RPSGT) strongly preferred.
• Experience with home sleep test analysis.
• Patient-focused mindset with ability to work backwards from objectives.
