Requirements

• High school degree or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with electromechanical tools, assembly, or testing
• Ability to read and interpret layout drawings, mechanical drawings, assembly procedures, schematics, engineering drawings, and parts lists
• Proficient in PC use, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office suite, ERP, and related programs
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Operate PCB assembly machines including SMT placement, reflow soldering, solder paste printing, conformal coating, masking, epoxy application, selective coating, optical inspection, and X-ray inspection
• Conduct thermal and functional testing of electronic hardware, including setup, instrumentation, test execution, teardown, and troubleshooting
• Document failure modes and leverage data analysis for product quality and process improvement
• Maintain and calibrate production equipment through scheduled preventive maintenance
• Manage schedule priorities and execute tasks independently to meet deliverables and deadlines
