You will work directly with developers integrating Bridge APIs, resolve complex technical issues, and collaborate with engineering and product teams. This role is part of a new global team building Stripe's next-generation operations, with opportunities to scale support processes and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in a customer support role
- User-first mindset and enthusiasm for solving difficult problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Process-oriented mindset with ability to get things done
Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues via Slack, using API documentation
- Develop product and platform expertise, collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Operations
- Optimize and scale support processes using data-driven insights and metrics
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to hit key performance metrics
- Create and refine self-service documentation to empower users
