You will work directly with developers integrating Bridge APIs, resolve complex technical issues, and collaborate with engineering and product teams. This role is part of a new global team building Stripe's next-generation operations, with opportunities to scale support processes and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in a customer support role
  • User-first mindset and enthusiasm for solving difficult problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Process-oriented mindset with ability to get things done

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues via Slack, using API documentation
  • Develop product and platform expertise, collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Operations
  • Optimize and scale support processes using data-driven insights and metrics
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to hit key performance metrics
  • Create and refine self-service documentation to empower users
