💼 About This Role

You'll lead cyber resilience assessments and design secure recovery architectures for enterprise clients. You'll manage diverse consultant teams and drive business development by qualifying client needs and presenting proposals. This role offers the chance to shape service offerings and mentor junior team members.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead cyber resilience assessments of clients' recovery programs.
• Draft detailed architecture designs for recovery technologies.
• Perform technical business impact analysis and dependency mapping.
• Lead tabletop exercises and develop cyber recovery plans.

📋 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT Management, or Cybersecurity preferred.
• Minimum 10 years professional experience with at least 2 years in people/project management.
• 3 professional and/or technical certifications aligning to AHEAD's Security service portfolio.
• Experience consulting on secure architecture and solution design in complex enterprise environments.

• Experience with Rubrik, Cohesity, Commvault or similar recovery technologies.
• Ability to present to executive management.
