Requirements
- 2+ years phone-based customer support in tech or financial services
- Proven track record of meeting call center KPIs
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies
- Experience with CRMs and call center software
Responsibilities
- Handle 25-40 inbound customer support calls per day
- Resolve cryptocurrency transaction, account access, and platform issues in real-time
- Maintain average handle time under 12 minutes
- Achieve first call resolution rate of 55% or higher
- Document interactions accurately in CRM
