Requirements

  • Proven track record of meeting call center KPIs
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies
  • Experience with CRMs and call center software

Responsibilities

  • Handle 25-40 inbound customer support calls per day
  • Resolve cryptocurrency transaction, account access, and platform issues in real-time
  • Maintain average handle time under 12 minutes
  • Achieve first call resolution rate of 55% or higher
  • Document interactions accurately in CRM
