Description

You will provide technical and functional support for market finance applications, working with front office, IT, and regulatory teams at a corporate and investment bank. You will monitor production, investigate defects, assist users, and set up monitoring tools in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Organized, handle stress, passionate about finance and/or IT
• Technical knowledge (SQL) and/or functional knowledge in market finance
• Engineering, business school, or equivalent degree
• Comfortable in Agile environments
• Good interpersonal skills, team player, English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Monitor production chain
• Communicate incidents to business (sales, traders)
• Investigate production defects
• Assist users of technical platform applications
• Set up monitoring tools
