You'll manage outbound shipping and inventory records for a BM-owned factory team. Your work ensures accurate and timely order fulfillment to warehouses and retail locations. Attention to detail is critical in this fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Pull, pack, and ship purchase orders from factory to warehouses.
• Track daily shipping totals and coordinate with freight carriers.
• Perform cycle counts and supply audits as needed.
• Operate scanning equipment and maintain ship station supplies.

📋 Requirements

• Attention to detail and ability to adapt to changes.
• Organization skills following 5S standards.
• Dependability to follow instructions and work with limited supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and procedure manuals in English or Spanish.
